Call for Chapter Committee Volunteers

The Eastern Piedmont Chapter is calling for volunteers to serve on chapter committees. This is your chance to get more involved with ENA. As a chapter representative, you would be responsible for implementing/coordinating the committee’s charges/goals in the local chapter area. The committees that need to be filled are as follows with the most important ones to fill are in bold:

• Emerging Professional (Must be an RN less than or equal to 5 years)
• Government Affairs
• Awards/Scholarships
• Education
• Elections/Nominations
• Fundraising
• IQSIP (Institute for Quality, Safety, and Injury Prevention)
• Membership
• Pediatric
• Trauma

In order to be considered please send a letter of intent to NEPiedmontENA@gmail.com. This is just a simple e-mail saying that you are interested in a certain committee. Please provide a brief background of your professional experience to help us choose just in case there are multiple members interested in the same committee. We will be accepting letters of intent until February 29th at which time we will begin to fill the positions. Vacant positions will be open throughout the year. Attached are the NCENA's description of each committee, but know that you will be functioning at the local level.
